Our Stance

Prophecy Alive is an instrument of watchful discernment — “watch and pray” (Matthew 24:42, 26:41). It is not date-setting and not fear-mongering.
Jesus was explicit that no one knows the day or the hour, so this product never forecasts dates — that is God’s domain, not ours. But He also commanded us to watch, and to recognise the significance of the times. We hold the conviction that the events unfolding in the world now are unprecedented, and that they point to the nearness of the coming of Jesus.
What we do is simple: we surface verifiable, sourced, real-world events and state plainly how they answer to what Scripture describes for the time before His coming. Every event links to its original source. If we cannot cite it, we do not show it.
Our editorial guardrails
- No countdowns, no “X% to the end,” no escalation meters. Information, not a doomsday clock.
- Every event is sourced and linked. No citation means it does not ship.
- Significance stated plainly. Scripture chips name the passage an event answers to, and we say what it means — without exaggeration, and without downplaying.
- No date-setting, ever — automated or human. The day and the hour are known to God alone (Matthew 24:36).
- A calm, sober tone. No ALL-CAPS, no red-alert klaxons, no fear emojis.
- Data honesty: every baseline-backed lane is judged against its historical record, and a reading at or below normal is said plainly.
- Scripture is handled responsibly — shown with its reference and a link to the fuller passage, never proof-texted out of context.
- Sensitive lanes (such as conflict) note that news coverage reflects media attention, not a measure of real-world escalation.

Wars & conflict and pestilence & outbreaks — their adapters are built against open / commercial-friendly sources (GDELT, GNews, WHO Disease Outbreak News, CDC open data) and activate when a free source key is configured. Until then they show clearly-labelled sample events so nothing is ever presented as live when it is not.
