These terms govern your use of Prophecy Alive (“the Service”), a SamKis faith-tech project. By accessing the Service, you agree to these terms.
What the Service is
Prophecy Alive is a public, read-only dashboard that surfaces real, sourced world events against their historical baselines. It is an instrument of watchful discernment — not date-setting, prediction, or fear-mongering. It is provided for reflection and information only and is not advice of any kind.
Accuracy and sources
Event data is drawn from public and third-party sources, which are cited on each event. While we work to present sourced information faithfully, we do not warrant that any data is complete, accurate, or current, and we are not responsible for the content of external sources we link to. Nothing on the Service is a prediction of dates or times.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to its systems or admin area, scrape it in a way that burdens the infrastructure, or use it for unlawful purposes. The name, content, and presentation of the Service remain the property of SamKis Labs; you may read and share it, but not misrepresent it as your own.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamKis Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
